Frequently Asked Questions

What is a puff print t-shirt?
A puff print t-shirt uses foam-based ink that physically expands during heat curing, rising 1–4mm off the fabric surface to create a raised 3D texture. You can see the depth and feel the ridges with your fingers — fundamentally different from flat screen printing which leaves ink flush with the fabric.
Are puff print t-shirts durable in Indian conditions?
Yes, when made on the correct base fabric. 280 GSM cotton provides the structural stability needed for the raised profile to hold without cracking through regular Indian washing and wearing. Cold water, inside-out, gentle cycle, and air drying keeps puff prints intact for years.
Do puff prints crack or peel after washing?
Quality puff prints on 280 GSM cotton don't crack under normal washing. They flatten when exposed to high heat from direct iron contact or repeated tumble drying. Cold water, inside-out washing, and air drying in shade prevents this entirely.
