Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

• Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days

• Express Delivery (India): 1–3 business days (available at extra cost)

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (based on location)

Note: Shipping times may vary due to external factors like public holidays, courier delays, or remote delivery locations.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (within India).

• A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available with an additional ₹30 COD fee.

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your order via the Track My Order page or directly on the courier’s website.

5. Delivery Partners

• We ship using trusted partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.
