At Kapda Kulture, we aim to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our exchange and refund policy carefully.

Exchange Policy (No Direct Returns)

🔁 We do not offer direct product returns.
However, exchange requests are allowed under specific conditions.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags intact

    • Free from stains, perfume, or damage

❌ Innerwear, customized items, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • You may request:

    • A different size, or

    • A different design (price difference, if any, will apply)

📌 All exchange requests are reviewed and approved at Kapda Kulture’s discretion.

Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

  • 💳 No refunds to original payment method

  • ✅ Approved exchanges will be provided via Store Credit only

  • 🕒 Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after product inspection

  • 🛍️ Store credit can be used on future purchases and is non-transferable

Shipping Charges

🚚 All exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return courier costs will not be reimbursed

Quality Issues / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

  • Once approved, exchange will be processed as per policy

Important Notes

  • Exchanges without original tags or invoice will not be accepted

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

  • Repeated misuse of the exchange policy may lead to order restriction
