Exchange Policy (No Direct Returns)
🔁 We do not offer direct product returns.
However, exchange requests are allowed under specific conditions.
Exchange Eligibility:

Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Unworn and unwashed

In original packaging

With all tags intact

Free from stains, perfume, or damage

❌ Innerwear, customized items, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process

A different size, or

A different design (price difference, if any, will apply)

📌 All exchange requests are reviewed and approved at Kapda Kulture’s discretion.
Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

💳 No refunds to original payment method

✅ Approved exchanges will be provided via Store Credit only

🕒 Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after product inspection

🛍️ Store credit can be used on future purchases and is non-transferable
Shipping Charges
🚚 All exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return courier costs will not be reimbursed
Quality Issues / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos for verification

Once approved, exchange will be processed as per policy
Important Notes

Exchanges without original tags or invoice will not be accepted

Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

Repeated misuse of the exchange policy may lead to order restriction
